Terms

By participating in the Referral Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  1. The Referral Programme allows you to introduce customers and earn a commission for each successful referral.
  • A successful referral is defined as a sale for a product that is fully paid and delivered. 
  • A cancelled or refunded order will not qualify for any commission. 
  1. A referral commission of 10% will be paid within three-weeks after a completed sale.
  2. The Referral Programme is governed by English law. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  3. Any questions relating to the referral programme will be resolved in our sole discretion and the decisions related to the referral programme will be final and binding.
  4. The Referral Programme is void where referrals are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.
  5. All participants must be 18 years old or over.
  6. All participants are independent contractors and are not employees, agents or partners of ViTech.Biz. 
  7. All participants agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their accounts.
  8. Any emails sent with the direct or indirect promotion must meet all applicable local and national laws and regulations regarding the use of electronic messages.
  9. We reserve the right to terminate an account or otherwise deny access in our sole discretion without notice and without liability.
  10. You cannot engage in any fraudulent activities to artificially increase sales or commissions.
  11. You cannot disclose confidential information about the company, its products, or services.
